We proudly stand by all our products and guarantee our workmanship! If you are not happy with one of our products at the time of receipt, or one of our products does not perform to your satisfaction, simply return it for a repair, replacement or full refund. It’s that simple! Products determined to be damaged through misuse, neglect or excessive use may incur a small repair fee.



If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your product, you can return it within 30 days for a full refund or exchange it for a different product. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

REFUNDS (if applicable)

Once your return is received, we will inspect it and approve it for a refund. This process usually takes 5-7 days. 

If your return is approved, then your refund will be processed. You will receive a notification indicating that a refund was issued for your order, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

We take great pride and care in ensuring the quality of our products, but occasionally issues arise after the product has left our warehouse. If, for any reason, the quality or durability of the product you received does not meet your expectations, we would be more than happy to make repairs or send you a replacement product if necessary. Products determined to be damaged through misuse, neglect or excessive use may incur a small repair fee. 


You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning the product item, unless the item is defective.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance to ensure that we receive it.
